A passenger list must be submitted at least two hours prior to departure. Houston JetDirect Management and Charter, Inc. allows only pre-approved passengers in your group to board the plane. All passengers are required to present a valid photo identification (if age 18 years or older) upon the crew’s request. Travel outside the United States requires a valid passport for all passengers. Complimentary gated parking is available to all jet charter clients. Once in the Jet Aviation parking lot, drive to the canopy on the South side of the building and use the intercom to confirm your name and flight time. Cars can then be parked on the tarmac near the plane. We will handle all baggage loading from the car. Additional parking is located in front of the Jet Aviation building, and a lounge inside is available to all passengers. Please review all additional Private Jet Charter Policy and Procedures.
Houston JetDirect Management and Charter, Inc. strives to offer clients the greatest degree of flexibility in scheduling flights and we understand that plans can change quickly. We request that you contact us 24 hours in advance to schedule a flight whenever possible. We will do our best to accommodate you on shorter notice. Cancellation of a reserved flight must be received at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure to avoid a scheduling fee (10% of full fare). We have the youngest fleet in the Houston metro area. The average age of our fleet is 16 years. HJD features luxury amenities on every chartered flight and only hires seasoned pilots. We remain first and best in class.
Pilots receive biannually recurrent flight training in the aircraft they fly. Maintenance personnel receive yearly recurrent maintenance training on the various aircraft in our fleet, plus all flight schedulers are licensed by the FAA as certified aircraft dispatchers and also receive yearly training in aspects of flight scheduling, international operations, and security training for compliance with our mandated TSA security program. We never sacrifice your safety for the bottom line. If we can’t get there safely, we don’t fly.

Yes! We love pets and they are allowed on all aircrafts except our Challenger 350/N365MC aircraft. We do not require a pet deposit, but any cleaning fees above and beyond a normal vacuuming will be invoiced after the flight. Please bring a leash for boarding and deplaning at your destination.

Passengers must pay a deposit at time of booking and 100% 72 hours prior to departure. For cancellation within 72 hours, 25% of quoted price is forfeited; 48 hours, 50% of quoted price; within 24 hours, 100% of quoted price. Should you rebook travel within 5 days, 75% of amount can be applied towards your final itinerary. If incurred, all additional expenses such as listed above will be billed to the client.

A charter quote is not a confirmed reservation. All reservations are on a first come first serve basis and subject to aircraft and crew availability at the time of booking. Daily Minimum Charge for domestic charters is 2.0 hours per day. Quote reflects estimated trip times. Actual trip times may vary due to air traffic control, weather, or other factors and will be charged accordingly. This quote does not include additional charges for catering, ground transportation, ramp fees, de-icing, hangar, flight phone, additional pilot standby time or any other miscellaneous charges.
Passengers must present photo identification for domestic flights and all bags are subject to inspection prior to boarding aircraft. Additionally, official travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) and/or photo I.D. are required for flights outside the United States and are the responsibility of each passenger.
The Transportation Security Administration of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security requires us to collect information from you for purposes of Watch List screening, under the authority of 49 U.S.C. section 114, and the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004. Providing this information is voluntary; however, if it is not provided, you may be subject to additional screening or denied transport or authorization to enter a sterile area. TSA may share information you provide with law enforcement or intelligence agencies or others under its published system of records notice. Your aircraft has been scheduled for a specific departure time. Please be aware that the aircraft may be booked prior to your departure and after your scheduled arrival time. Please contact our Flight Support team as soon as possible if your travel itinerary changes to see if we can accommodate those changes. Itinerary changes are permitted, but subject to aircraft and crew availability and subject to price adjustment. Notifications of changes and/or cancellations must be submitted via email to Houston Jet Direct with sufficient notice to facilitate change requirements. Passenger manifest is required to be submitted to Houston JetDirect upon receipt of trip confirmation. Any changes in the passenger list and/or baggage/cargo must be reported to Houston Jet Direct no less than 2 hours before planned departure time.

Houston Jet Direct shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, indirect, special or consequential damages, or other irregularity caused by the defect of any vehicle or conveyance, or the negligence of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger(s) or carrying out the arrangements for your trip or by accident, delay, flight schedule, change, cancellation, illness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or any similar cause. Our liability shall in any case be limited to the amount paid to us, and any claim shall be adjudicated in and governed by the laws of the state(s) in which we have our principal business location.
Houston Jet Direct is not liable for expenses incurred for replacement transportation in the case of aircraft maintenance issues, (in such cases ourcharges apply only on portions of flight completed). Also, if a flight does not reach its destination due to weather, charges apply to any destination reached and return flight of the aircraft and crew (with or without passengers) to home base. In the case of aircraft maintenance issues, Houston JetDirect may at its option provide substitute transportation which shall be charged as an additional fee. Additionally, in such cases, Houston Jet Direct will charge for the portions of flight completed plus the additional replacement transportation.
The FAA has imposed air traffic arrival and departure time slots requiring reservations into most mountain resort airports during the ski season months or during special events such as the Olympic Games. Houston Jet Direct cannot be held responsible if reservation slots are not availablefor your requested itinerary. Also, please be aware that if your schedule changes, Houston Jet Direct may not be able to change the reserved slot time to accommodate those changes.
Aircraft owned and/or leased by Houston Jet Direct are operated under FAA Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate YVRA914U. Contracted aircraft areoperated under their respective FAA Part 135 Air Carrier Certificates. In which case, charterer shall hold harmless and shall indemnify Houston JetDirect against any and all losses.
Houston Jet Direct retains the right to sell additional charters during active layovers, without credit or offset to the client, provided such charters do not interfere with the confirmed itinerary.
Unless prepayment has been made in full, I hereby authorize Houston Jet Direct to obtain authorization from my credit card provider for the above charter quote and agree to pay trip price in full, one business day in advance of the beginning of the trip.
