Passengers & Identification
A passenger list must be submitted at least two hours prior to departure. Houston JetDirect Management and Charter, Inc. allows only pre-approved passengers in your group to board the plane. All passengers are required to present a valid photo identification (if age 18 years or older) upon the crew’s request. Travel outside the United States requires a valid passport for all passengers. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the flight.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Houston JetDirect Management and Charter, Inc. strives to offer clients the greatest degree of flexibility in scheduling flights and we understand that plans can change quickly. We request that you contact us 24 hours in advance to schedule a flight whenever possible. We will do our best to accommodate you on shorter notice. Cancellation of a reserved flight must be received at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure to avoid a scheduling fee (10% of full fare). Passengers should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
Parking & Baggage Handling
Complimentary gated parking is available to all jet charter clients. Once in the Jet Aviation parking lot, drive to the canopy on the South side of the building and use the intercom to confirm your name and flight time. Cars can then be parked on the tarmac near the plane. We will handle all baggage loading from the car.
Additional parking is located in front of the Jet Aviation building, and a lounge inside is available to all passengers.
